Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book cleaning, junk removal, cleanup or moving work with SGV Fortified (Rosemead, California). By paying a deposit you agree to them.

Quotes

We quote a price for the whole job based on the photos and details you text us. If the job on the day turns out bigger than what we quoted for, we'll text you the new price and only do the extra work if you agree.

The 25% deposit is non-refundable

Once you accept a quote, we charge a deposit of 25% of the quoted price by card. The deposit holds your date and crew and goes toward your total.

The deposit is non-refundable. This includes cancelling, not being there when the crew arrives, or the crew not being able to get access to the job.

Paying the rest

When you pay the deposit, your card is saved securely by our payment processor, Stripe. By paying the deposit you authorize SGV Fortified to charge the remaining balance of the agreed price to that same card once the job is finished. If that charge doesn't go through, we'll text you a link to pay the balance.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Charges appear on your statement as SGV FORTIFIED.
