What should I send to get a quote?
Photos of everything involved, your city and ZIP, and the day you need. A few extras help: where the items are for hauling (curb, garage, inside or upstairs), bedrooms and bathrooms for cleaning, and the date, venue city and guest count for an event.
Does the quote cost anything?
No. Quotes by text are free, and nothing is booked until you accept.
How does payment work?
Once you accept the quote, a 15% deposit by card locks in your day. When the job is done, the rest goes on the same card. Cards are processed by Stripe. The details are in our Terms.
What happens to the things you haul away?
Usable items go to donation. Everything else is hauled off for disposal.
Do you bring a truck for moving help?
No. Moving help is loading and unloading only, so you provide the truck.
